I married a "Yankee"
back in 1982 (thus I stayed in New Hampshire) New England has been
a wonderful place for a history freak like me to live. We have one
son, Justin. He has been very active in the ROTC and has been accepted
at Clarkson University upstate New York. It is he, who I am clutching
onto in the picture above - the other picture is me with my grandnephew. |
| Accomplishments |
I have taught
for 12 years. I traveled around the US. I served as president of
our district Teachers Association. I have done a lot of community
theater and summer stock. - that was a thrill. I have also received
blue ribbons for original creations (mittens) that i have designed over
the years. I also had my own small business refinishing antique furniture
for over twenty years |
Brief History -
So What Have I Been Doing for the Last
38 Years! |

a branch of the University of New Hampshire in 1968 and spent twelve years

in Chemical Dependency. I have a diploma from from the Institute
of Childrens Literature and am doing some graduate work there at
present |

Knitting, kayaking,
collecting antiques, reading --- history, history, history, writing children's
stories and camping on the coast of Maine and Cape Cod |
| Did I Leave Something
Out?? |
Thank you for all
the work you have done on the web site I think it is awesome. The
man I married had a multiple great grandfathers who fought on the Lexington
Greene (as in Lexington and Concord) for a history buff like me living
here in New England - that is a thrilling thought!! |
